Commissioner Bill McGonigle is pleased to announce the Community College Scholarship Program is once again accepting essays.
The funds for the scholarship are provided by the companies and organizations that advertise on our website. This fund is set aside to further the education of players planning to attend a Maricopa Community College.
A panel of JO coaches will be selected to judge and award the scholarships.
All junior olympic players are eligible to participate.
How to Enter
Submit a 100 word essay on how softball has played a role in your education. Send essays to phxasajo@cox.net and they will be forwarded to the selection committee. Entries must be received no later than December 31st, 2006.
Winners will be announced on o this site and on the bulletin board.
